1401000 Squeegee Up/Down Axis
Table-Z Axis is not at print pos.
(Cause 1) The table has not moved up yet. (during the manual operation)
(Remedy 1) Move up the table and restart the operation.
1402000 Squeegee Up/Down Axis
Squeegee Up/Down cylinder moveing error.
(Cause 1) The position of the upper limit sensors (B60 and B62) is shifted from the correct
one.
(Cause 2) The upper limit sensor is defective.
(Cause 3) The squeegee cylinder is malfunctioning.
(Remedy 1) Adjust the cylinder sensor position.
(Remedy 2)
Check how the sensors are working in "DEVICE CHECK" window.
When the sensors are not working, it is required to replace the sensors with
new ones. Contact our service personnel for details.
(Remedy 3) Contact our service personnel for details.

Printing Pressure Assign
Front squeegee printing pressure exceeded upper set range.
1404000 Printing Pressure Assign
Rear squeegee printing pressure exceeded upper set range.
(Cause 1) The feedback data is corrupted.
(Remedy 1) Press the [FeedBack Data Clear] button in the "Printing Pressure" window.
1405000 Printing Pressure Assign
Not printing pressure exceeded upper range.
(Cause 1) The output value of the load cell is abnormal.
(Remedy 1) Check for any foreign substances around the squeegee up/down cylinder
and conrm that the squeegee is correctly installed. When the same error still
occurs, contact our service personnel for details.

Printing Pressure Assign
Printing pressure exceeded upper range.
(Cause 1) The printing pressure got out of the specied one during printing.
(Remedy 1) Check the parameter set in the "Average" text box of the "Printing Press.
Error Setting" group box in the "OPN. MODE" window. Increase the value
when the threshold severer than required is specied. (Target V
alue: 50N)
Check if the amount of the supplied solder paste is too much or not.
When the same error still occurs after the above-described checking, contact
our service personnel for details.
1407000 Printing Pressure Assign
Front squeegee pressure exceeded minimum limit.
1408000 Printing Pressure Assign
Rear squeegee pressure exceeded minimum limit.

(Cause 2) The output value of the load cell is abnormal.
(Remedy 1) Check for any foreign substances on the production PCB and the stencil.
(Remedy 2) Check for any foreign substances near the load cell. When the same error still
occurs, contact our service personnel for details.

Squeegee Up/Down Interlock
Squeegee up/down cylinder. Squgeg.Y axis was not at safety area.
(Cause 1) The range of the squeegee movement has exceeded the limited one.
(Remedy 1) Check if the parameters in the "Origin [mm]" and "Depth" text boxes of "Print
Area" in the "PCB Data" window and the parameters in the "Paste Size" and
"Print Margin" group boxes in the "Printing Condition" window are too large or
not.
1412000 Squeegee Up/Down Interlock
Squeegee up/down cylinder. PCB was not checked.
(Cause 1) The squeegee was moved down when a PCB was not clamped on the table.
(during the manual operation)
(Remedy 1) Clamp the PCB in the table section and move up the table. After that, restart
the operation.

1501000 Load Power Off
[Emergency] switch pressed.
(Cause 1) An [EMERGENCY STOP] switch was pressed.
(Remedy 1) Unlock the [EMERGENCY ST
OP] switch and hold down the [POWER ON]
button on the operation panel for more than 3 seconds. After that, press the
[RETURN] button in the "ERROR" window.
1502000 Load Power Off
The air pressure is too low.
(Cause 1) The main air pressure had dropped below 0.4MPa (the set value of the
pressure switch).
(Remedy 1) Adjust the pressure to the correct one.
1503000 Load Power Off
The safety door is open.
(Cause 1) The transparent cover is open.
(Remedy 1) Close the transparent cover and hold down the [POWER ON] button on the
operation panel for more than 3 seconds. After that, press the [RETURN]
button on the touch screen. Power up the machine again and restart the
operation.
1504000 Load Power Off
Detected circuit breaker of

(Cause 1) The circuit breaker of Q100, Q202 or Q203 is turned OFF.
(Remedy 1) Contact our service personnel for details.
