3.2 Inspection, Cleaning, and Lubrication Spots
The following describes about the maintenance tasks required for each individual
units.

Refer to "2. Maintenance Check List" for the maintenance items classied based
on frequency.
3.2.1 Air Source

Follow the steps below to purge the drain.
(1) Put a container under the drain outlet.
(2) Press the orange button.

Clean the squeegees with a rag soaked
in industrial alcohol (solvent) or
directly with industrial alcohol
(solvent).
Remove deteriorated solder paste.

Inject new grease from the grease nipple
with a grease gun.
The used attachments should be
the U- and P-types or the SPK-3C.

If a large amount of grease is
applied, it may be dispersed
over a PCB and the stencil.
After applying grease, brush
the surface or scrape with a
spatula until a small amount
of grease remains on the
surface of the ball screw.
