1.1 What is Multi-Layer Tray Feeder?
This unit consists of the traverse cart and cutter unit and elevator unit and is used
to supply the tray components to be setup on the elevator unit to the "chip mounter
SIGMA-G5S"

tray feeder for SIGMA-G5S.
The use of the pallet (MP-G100) for GXH-1/3 is not available.

Notes : (a) "t1" or "t2" ("Note a" in the above table) is more than 8 mm and
14 mm or less in height (thickness), keep the upper pallet empty
for such components.
(b) "S (Leeway)" becomes "Max. 0.5 mm" when the outer
dimensions of the mold is "9 × 9 mm" or less.
(c) The mass of components and the tray fixing magnet is included.
(d) Some trays cannot be used due to the mechanical characteristics.
(e) When the tray where "t1" or "t2" value exceeds 14 mm, is to be
handled, the multi-functional head is required.
(f) In the case that "t2" value is less than 3 mm, the middle-size
odd-shaped nozzle (option) is required.

Notes : (a) In the case of connector, up to 100 × 26 mm can be handle.
(b) The irregular-shaped components can also be used when an
optional device is provided.
(c) Some components cannot be used due to the mechanical
characteristic.
(d) When the component size (a × b) exceeds "44 × 44 mm" the
multifunctional heads (option) are required.
(e) In the case that the "t" value exceeds 12.7mm, the multi-
functional head (option) is required.
