(Cause 1) This error occurs when there is a big difference in nozzle levels in comparison with
the master nozzle during teaching operation.
(Remedy 1) Re-teach the data of the master nozzle.
600501 Master Head Offset Linear Measure System Was At High Position.
600502 Master Head Offset Linear Measure System Was At Low Position.
(Cause 1) The master nozzle or the linear measure detection sensor may not be attached
correctly.
(Remedy 1) Attach the master nozzle correctly.
It is required to adjust the linear measure detection sensor after it is attached
correctly.

(Cause 1) A mistake is found in the component thickness data of the component library data.
(Remedy 1) Set the component thickness data correctly.

610203 Nozzle Skip Recognition Teach Error
(Cause 1) When the selected nozzle reached the L or H level during operation, the optical
beam of the sensor was shielded (not received).
The sensor may be defective.
(Remedy 1) Remove the dirt on the nozzle end and insert the nozzle deep inside.
The sensor may be defective. If necessary, replace the sensor with a new one.
Before replacing the sensor, contact our service personnel for some advice.
610204 Nozzle Skip Teach Error Data
(Cause 1) Dirt and dust adhere to the nozzle and an error is found in the nozzle teaching
operation.
(Remedy 1) Remove dirt and dust from the nozzle end and re-perform the nozzle teaching
operation.
610205 Nozzle Skip Lighting Check
(Cause 1) The diffusion plate of the nozzle may be dusty and dirty or scratched.
(Remedy 1) Clean the diffusion plate or replace it with a new one.
