5.1 Station 1
The nozzle at Station 1 picks up parts from the tape set in the feeder. The
feeders, nozzles, and the twelve heads all combine to make pick-up
possible with the following operations.
Tape feed-lever forward and backward
Tape positioning claw up and down
Push-up pin lever movement
Tape-end detection
Waste tape cutting
Tape leaf sensor
Nozzle up and down movement
Nozzle valve movement
