Step 6 Disconnect harnesses from the right and left ends of the feeder bank at each

connector.

Step 7 Remove the feeder floating detection sensor on the feeder bank.

Remove the sensor (Receiver side) together with the bracket.

The sensor harness is attached on the back side of the feeder bank with cable ties. Cut off the

cable ties and free the harness.

Make sure that the harness is NOT secured on the back side of the feeder bank before

removing the feeder bank from the machine.

Step 8 Remove the plates that connect the tape guide slope and the feeder bank.

Step 9 Make sure that the feeder bank positioning plates (where positioning pins are located)

are secured properly. If loose, secure them properly.

Note:

If the feeder bank positioning plates are loose, when you reassemble the removed feeder

bank later on, you cannot position it properly.

Step 10 Remove the screws that fasten the feeder bank to the machine.

Remove the six screws that fasten each feeder bank (three each on the both sides).

Note:

The feeder bank fixing screws are tightened with high torque. When you loosen the screws

with a wrench, make sure there is nothing that interferes with the handle of the tool in the work

area.

Remove this plate.

Step 11 Dismount the feeder bank from the machine.

Carefully lift the feeder bank upward until the positioning pins on the machine are detached

from the feeder bank.

Note:

When you dismount and place the feeder bank somewhere temporarily, be careful that the

harnesses do not get caught under the feeder bank.

Step 12 Disconnect the air hose bypass for driving the tape cutter from the quick joint in the

center.
