It is possible to set the sequence from which production is to start.
Procedure
1. At the [Automatic] screen, select [Start number].
2. Use the numeric keypad to input the number of the sequence
from which production is to start, then press [CR].
3. Press the START button.
Note: If fiducial mark acquisition has not been completed for the panel on the
main conveyor, production will start from the specified sequence but
after the fiducial marks are read.
A new panel can be loaded onto the main conveyor by means of a command
operation.
Procedure
1. At the [Main] screen, press [Manual Operation] then [Conveyor
Operation].
2. Find [Other], then press [Load New Panel].

This operation mode allows panels to pass through the machine from the
previous machine station to the next machine when there are no parts in the
relevant recipe that are specified to be placed using this machine. This
operation is referred to as the "Pass Mode Operation".
Procedure
1. At the [Main] screen, press [Maintenance A] then [Operation
Settings] to display the [Operation Settings] screen.
2. Press [Pass] at the upper left of the screen where [Production],
[Idle 1], [Idle 2] and [Pass] are displayed.
3. Press the START button to begin production in the PASS
mode.
