1. Precautions
1.1 Overall precautions
◼ After unpacking, please check the parts against the packing list.
◼ Incorrect power supply may damage the device, so please make sure that the power
supply is in compliance with the specification.
◼ Please position the device at a stable and solid place.
◼ From the angle of ergonomics, we recommend that you use the device on a platform
lower than 75 cm, because it is regarded as the optimal height which the user is able to sit
at ease and see the display and the components in the pocket.
◼ Environment requirement:
1. Indoor use
2. Altitude up to 2000m
3. Temperature from 5℃ to 40℃
4. Maximum relative humidity 80%
5. Main supply voltage fluctuations up to ±10% of the nominal voltage
6. Rated pollution degree Ⅱ

1.2 Precautions for pocket check function
◼ Do not use it outdoors or in places where external light can directly shine on the light
receiving surface.
◼ The location requirements for setting the benchmark value should be close to the
lighting conditions of the place where the machine is used.
◼ When reinserting the optical fiber, ensure that the fiber head facing downwards is
connected to the amplifier's light emission hole.
◼ Do not dismantle or forcefully bend optical fibers.
1.3 Precautions for label printer and bar code reader
◼ Please place the printer on a level, sturdy desktop or flat surface, away from damp, water,
and high temperature areas.
◼ Please ensure that the power specifications you are using are consistent with the
requirements of the printer transformer, otherwise it may cause the machine to burn out or
malfunction
◼ Please do not attempt to modify the printer settings and confirm that the consumables
carbon ribbon and label paper are consistent with the requirements; Label paper and
carbon ribbon can be purchased from printing consumables suppliers. If there are special
requirements, please contact us or our distributors
◼The communication cable of the printer is a standard USB port, which is a special cable of
our company. If you need it, please contact us or our distributor to purchase it.
◼ This machine only accepts the input/output devices recommended by Smtech.
Changing them yourself will damage the machine or prevent the device from being driven.
If there are other devices that need to be connected, customized software can be
communicated.
2. Overview
2.1 Application
The COU2000 Pro series products use the corresponding relationship between the part
carrier guide hole and the part to accurately determine the number of SMD parts, which
can achieve convenient and fast part counting and is a good helper for material
management.
