 Inject adequate volume of grease through LM guide grease nipples (A) and (B) at the

entry and exit of the conveyor using the grease injection device provided by us.

 Upon completion of injection, reciprocate from the minimum width (30mm) to the

maximum width (400mm) of the conveyor 3 to 4 times in order to uniformly spread

the grease on the lead screw and LM guide rail. [Minimum width (90mm) to

maximum width (460mm) of large PCB type]

Inspection

 Check for contamination on the chain.

 Insufficient lubricant on the chain could cause difficulties in adjusting the conveyor

width. Check the condition of the lubrication.

 Using the teaching box, move the X-axis to the adequate position for grease injection

on the chain for manual width adjustment.

Warning

After clicking the “Motor Free” button on the teaching box,

click the “Stop” button on the front operation panel.

Conduct inspection while the motor power supply is turned

off.

 Remove dust and foreign matter from the chain for adjusting conveyor Width on

manual operation using the clean cloth in the clean kit supplied by us.

 Apply grease (EP2) thinly on the chain for manual width adjustment using a paint

brush.
