Caution
When replacing the nozzle holder tube, if the pneumatic
air line is not shut off, it may affect the head function.
Replace the nozzle holder tube once the pneumatic air
line has been shut off.
Check head 2 to head 6 in the same way.

2.3. Flying Vision Mirror
Inspection
If there is any contamination on the top of the mirror, the vision might not recognize
shapes properly. Check the top of the mirror for any dust or contamination frequently.

Solution
Move the ‘X Frame Ass’y’ all the way to the front by operating the teaching box, and
put the machine in a motor-free state by pressing the motor-free button of the
teaching box.

Warning
After clicking the “Motor Free” button on the teaching box,
click the “Stop” and “Reset” buttons on the front operation
panel. Conduct inspection while the motor power supply is
turned off.
Wipe the surface of the mirror with an alcohol-soaked clean cloth from the cleaning
kit, and then buff with a clean cloth.
