Caution

Washing the cooling fan filter with water may cause damage

to the filter by making it harden. Be sure that clean in th

determined methord.

 In case the cover cooling fan does not operate, please contact our customer

satisfaction company (STS) or local agent.

3.1.9. Electric Device

Inspection

 Check abrasive wear in each area of the device.

 Check if the machine generates errors when the switch is operated.

 Check if the corresponding input and output of the MMI IO window runs properly.

(Emergency Switch, Door Switch)

 Check if the power is turned off in the machine when the main power switch is turned

off.

Solution

 Contact our local agent for service when severe abrasive wear is present or the

machine does not work properly.

Warning

Before checking abrasive wear, be sure to turn off power,

lock, and check.

3.2. Monthly Inspection

3.2.1. Head Section

Check the state of contamination and operation over all of the head parts.

3.2.1.1. Coil Tube

Inspection

Check if there is any twist or abnormal air leakage by wear in the coil tube connecting the

head assembly and air module.

 Operate the teaching box to move the head assembly to the front side as far as

possible and click the motor free button.

Warning

After clicking the “Motor Free” button on the teaching box,

click the “Stop” and “Reset” buttons on the front operation

panel. Conduct inspection while the motor power supply is

turned off.

 Open the window and check if the pressure reading on the pressure gauge of the air

module at the head assembly is abnormal (less than 0.1Mpa).

 Open the window and check visually if there is any twist in the coil tube. Straighten

any part that is twisted.

 Check by hand whether there is any abnormal air leakage by the wear of the coil tube.

If there is any abnormal air leakage, replace with a new coil tube.

3.2.1.2. Blow Quantity Inspection

Inspection

In case the reading of pressure gauge on the head air module is below 0.1Mpa, there may

be problems in the placement of parts.

Solution

In case the volume of blow is abnormal, please adjust in contact with our C/S company

(STS) or local agent.

3.2.1.3. Flying Vision

Inspection

If there is any contamination on the surface of the Flying Vision Lens and Flying Vision

Lightning, the vision might not recognize shapes properly. Check the Flying Vision Lens

and Flying Vision Lightning for any dust or contamination frequently.
