 Clean the dust or foreign matter on the cover glass of the stage camera using a clean

cloth and alcohol.

 Assembling is done in the reverse order.

Caution

The cover glass is fragile. Take care.

Warning

After clicking the “Motor Free” button on the teaching box,

click the “Stop” and “Reset” buttons on the front operation

panel. Conduct inspection while the motor power supply is

turned off.

 When cleaning the camera lens, clean the cover glass first.

 After cleaning the cover glass, blow off the dirt on the LED and lens using the air

blower contained in the cleaning kit provided by our company.

2.6. Setting up pneumatic pressure of the machine

Inspection

 Check if the supplied pneumatic pressure is as high as the set pressure (0.45 ~ 0.55

MPa) by the air pressure gauge through air panel on the front side of the machine.

 If the pneumatic pressure of the machine is lower than the normal pressure, the

switch operates automatically to check the occurrence of an error.

 If the pneumatic pressure of the machine is higher than the upper limit of the pressure,

turn the regulator on the air panel on the front side of the machine counterclockwise

to maintain the normal pressure. Conversely, If the pneumatic pressure of the

machine is lower than the lower limit of the pressure, turn the regulator clockwise to

maintain the normal pressure.
