2. Preparing for maintenance tasks
This section describes mainly about the replacement method of the parts which deteriorate their
function gradually upon using to maintain machine performance (consumable parts). Also, describes
easy replaceable parts for users upon breaking.
2.1 Consumable parts
The parts listed below are provided as the consumable parts for YRM20, and are replaced upon maintenance
operation as necessary.

NOTE
The nozzles named "80XX" (example: 8004H, 8006H) are called as the "Standard nozzle (wide range nozzle)" and
those of "81XX" (example: 8101A, 8102A) as the "Neighbouring nozzle". The "Standard nozzle" can adopt wide range
of component size to be picked up, in otherwise the "Neighbouring nozzle" can be set the neighbouring intervals for each
nozzles.
For HM head units, they are shipped with the nozzle group setting on [Machine Setting] - [Machine Information] - [Machine
Variation Setting] screen as "80XH (standard type)" or "81XH (neighbouring type)". For RM head units, the setting is only
"81XH (neighbouring type)".
