Chapter 3 Periodic maintenance items
1. Weekly maintenance
Here describes the maintenance items required to perform once a week.
1.1 Nozzle inspection
The troubles of buffing movement (spring movement) or nozzle leaf spring lead the pickup error. Perform the
inspection of each nozzle to prevent the troubles.
1.1.1 Slide section inspection
Check the nozzle buffing condition. It does not matter when a nozzle returns to its normal position upon
pushing, but when it does not, pickup error or recognition error may occur.
c
Caution
- Touching the nozzle tip directly by finger may cause adherence of oil or so. Use such as a flat plate instead.
- Upon pushing a nozzle tip to check its condition, do not push too much. It is enough when a nozzle returns after it is
pushed approximately 1mm.

Not return well, or
Not return
Disassembling cleaning, or
replacement of spring is required

Fault
Returns smoothly,
but the tip is broken

Spring does not
operate well
