(1) Engagethevacuumlterreplacementjigwiththehookofthecap.

cap from the placement head.

(6) Follow the reverse procedure of the jig engagement (engagement
procedureforvacuumlterreplacementjig)toslideitouthorizontally
from the hook of the cap.
