2.5 Removing the spindle
If you did not move the tray supplies into the bottom position before starting the conversion, then
you must connect the brake release. 2
: Unplug the two cables for controlling the tray supplies.

: Connect the brake release at the terminals in order to be able to move the spindle.

Remove 2 plugs
Connect the brake release here

: Open the cassette lock.

If you did not move the tray supplies into the lowest position before the conversion: 2
: Move the two tray supplies into the bottom position by turning the top spindle.

The tray supplies can be moved quickly using a cordless screwdriver. 2

: Loosen the two screws on both sides of the MTC2.
The screws must only be loosened. Do not remove them.
