: If the pin of the spindle nut block cannot be detached, use a punch to remove it.

2.6 Fitting the new spindle
: Squeeze one drop of Loctite 241 thread locker into the hole so that the pin is seated firmly.

: Loosen the screws on the bottom thrust bearing.
: Lift up the tray supply.

: Insert the preassembled spindle from above and allow the tray supply to descend slowly at the
same time.

Insert the spindle so that enough space remains for the spindle nut block. 2
Check that the contact surface between the nut block and the support bracket is clean (e.g. lost
components). 2

: Fit the bottom locating bearing without tightening the screws.
: Move the spindle nut block to the same height as the service cover.
: Press the spindle forward (towards the feed axis).
