For the cleaning to be performed every day you will need the following equipment: 2
– Waste bin
– Vacuum cleaner

: Stop the placement process of the placement machine.
: Move both towers in the refill position cassette 1 using the MTC menu.
: Open the protective cover of the placement machine.

Vacuum the feed axis 2
a Carefully vacuum the feed axes of the MTC.
There should be no loose components in the feeding area.

Pay attention to the crash light barriers in the process (see illustration on the left). 2

: Close the protective cover.
: Exit the refilling position.
: Press the Start button.

– Lint-free cloths
– Ethyl alcohol

Cleaning the rails of the feed axis 2
a Clean the WTC contact surfaces on the rails of the feed axis with a lint-free cloth moistened
with ethyl alcohol.

Pay attention to the crash light barriers in the process (see illustration on the left). 2

Cleaning of cassette guide rails 2
s Clean the cassette guide rails (in the control panel behind the safety doors of the MTC) with a
lint-free cloth moistened with ethyl alcohol.

: Close the protective cover.
: Exit the refilling position.
: Press the Start button.
