[6] Recog image save
Set parameters in the "Object" and "Select" text boxes to analyze the
cause of a recognition error in comparison with the error image on the
monitor.
When "Save" is set in the "Mode" text box, the image which matches
the parameters in the "Object" and "Select" text boxes is stored in
memory of the recognition board.
Mode
Select one of the following options to determine whether or not the
recognized image should be saved.
Not Save :
The recognized image is not saved.
Save [Recog NG] :
The recognized image is saved only
when the recognition results in "NG"
(No Good).
Save [Recog OK]
:
The recognized image is saved only
when the recognition results in "OK".
Save [Recog NG/OK] :
The recognized image is saved when
the recognition results in "NG" or
"OK"
.
Object
Select one of the following options as a recognized object to be saved.
Cmpnt & PEC Recog :
Both images captured through
component and PEC recognition
operations are regarded as object
images to be saved.
Cmpnt Recog
:
Only the image captured through a
component recognition operation is
regarded as an object image to be
saved.
PEC Recog :
Only
the image captured through a PEC
recognition operation is regarded as an
object image to be saved.

When "Feeder No." is selected in the "Cmpnt des" text box, it is
required to enter the feeder No. to be designated.
Component ID
When "Component ID" is selected in the "Cmpnt des" text box, it is
required to enter the component ID to be designated.
Beam des
Select "No designate" or "Designate" to determine whether or not a
beam should be designated for the recognized image to be saved.
Beam
When "Designate" is selected in the "Beam des" text box, it is
required to select one of the following options (beams).

nozzle should be designated for the recognized image to be saved.
Nozzle
When "Designate" is selected in the "Nozzle des" text box, it is
required to enter the No. of the nozzle to be designated.

a nozzle ID should be designated for the recognized image to be
saved.

When "Designate" is selected in the "Nozzle ID des" text box, it
is required to enter the nozzle ID to be designated.

[7] Trash box fill up warning mode
Notice and Stop
The quantity of waste tape is calculated according to the number of
tape cuts determined in the carrier data ("Tape width [mm]", "Tape feed
pitch [mm]", and "Type") of the component library data. This function
is used to calculate the amount of waste tape, issue a warning message
indicating that the trash box is full of waste tape, and perform the stop
operation of the machine.
Enter parameters in the "Notice" and "Stop" text boxes.
Note
When "0" is set in each text box, this function becomes invalid.
Counts of Tape Waste Chips
The counts of tape cuts differ, depending on the components being used.

Notice
Enter a parameter which represents the rate of component occupation in
the component box to be used to issue a warning message.
