1.11 Adjustment

1.11.1 Adjusting the W32 mm (Paper) Feeder Body Height

There are two types of W32 mm (paper) feeders used depending on the thickness of the

parts.

A type : for parts thicker than 2 mm but less than 3 mm

B type : for parts thicker than 1 mm but less than 2 mm

These two types of feeders are changed by replacing the lever, spacer and seal.

1.11.2 Take-up Reel Drive Adjustment

This section covers only the W32 mm (paper) feeder.

If the take-up of the adhesive parts tape is not acting normally, adjust the take-up reel

drive force.

It is possible to use any one of three spring hook positions, allowing three different

settings for drive force.

Note : If the drive force is too weak, use the hook hole on the outside of the take-up lever.
