0116000 Table-X Interlock
The distance Table-X axis and outp.conv. exceeded min. limit
(Cause 1) The table was moved too far during the positional adjustment of the table
section.
(Remedy 1) Power up the machine again and then perform the zeroing operation.

Table-X Interlock
PCB exist between table and conveyor.
(Cause 1) The operation was restarted without the PCB removed after a transfer error.
(Cause 1) The PCB check photosensor (B41) is defective.
(Remedy 1) Remove the PCB and then restart the operation.
(Remedy 2) The sensor might have detected the conveyor. Adjust the sensor position.
Also, check how the sensor works in the “DEVICE CHECK” window
(submenu).
When the sensor is not working, it is required to replace the sensor with a new
