3. Alert Indications in Instruction Manual
The following summarizes the precautionary items and the location of alert indications in
the instruction manual.
Alert Indications described as " DANGER "
Alert Description Pages
There are strong motorized and high-voltage areas inside the
machine. Special caution should be paid not to touch them.
Doing otherwise will cause personal injury (serious accident).
•
Only qualified maintenance personnel should detach the
covers.
•
The machine should be operated with the covers being
attached.
•
If a cover is detached, be sure to reattach it.
•
Be sure to close the doors before operating the machine.
•
Do not disengage the interlock mechanism of the doors.

solvents.

Be sure to keep the all doors closed to avoid any danger when
the automatic operation is started or during the automatic
operation.

Before performing maintenance work, etc., shut off the power
breaker and lock the power breaker with the padlock.

Power Breaker : Set the power breaker to the "OFF" side and

Air Source
: Stop the air supply and set the main valve to
the "SHUT" side. After that, be sure to lock it
with a padlock.

Designate a person who can have charge of the padlock keys.
•
If the provided padlock is lost or damaged, purchase its
substitute.

As industrial alcohol is flammable, be sure to keep it away from
any possible sources of fire as it is likely to ignite and start a fire.

Keep industrial alcohol away from any heat of fire.
•
Avoid smoking and using fire when near the device.

Alert Description Related Items
The internal cap may pop out, dispersing industrial alcohol and
causing a personal injury (loss of eyesight, etc.).
•
Never remove the cap of the solvent tank while the machine is
running.
When the cap is loose, the internal lid may blow off, causing the
industrial alcohol to drip out. The spill may also cause a fi
re.
•
Tighten the cap of the tank securely
.
•
If you have spilt solvent by mistake, clean it up with a rag as
soon as possible.
•
After cleaning up the spilt solvent, confirm that it has dried
completely and enough ventilation is provided. After that, turn
on the power switch of the machine.
Industrial alcohol can cause poisoning, skin inflammation, or
degreasing.
•
Try to wear goggles, protective gloves, a protective mask, etc.,
to protect against spills on exposed skin.

To avoid solvent spills, be sure to use the replenishment
container equipped with a nozzle.

If you have spilt solvent by mistake, clean it up with a rag as
soon as possible.
