For the 8mm disposal type tape feeder, fix the end of the upper cover tape that has passed
through groove B and then it is between the drain gear and the forming gear. And rotate
the drain gear counterclockwise until there is no slack in the tape as shown in the figure
below.

Fix the end of the upper cover tape that has passed through groove B on the take up reel
as shown in the figure below. Then rotate the take up reel counterclockwise until there is
no slack in the tape.

How to fix the tape on the take-up reel depends on the feeder type; winding type, disposal
type. For the disposal type feeder, pass the upper cover tape over roller A, then under
roller B and through Groove B and pass the upper cover tape under Roller D, then over

Roller D and place it between the idler gear and the forming gear. Pull the upper cover
tape so that it is tight between the two gears and fix it.

Caution
When the upper cover tape passes over the roller E or it
passes between the idler gear and the forming gear, ensure
that it shall pass through flatly without being folded or being
able to skip the roller or the idler.
If it is folded or comes out of the idler gear, the vinyl sheet
may be rolled up. Take care to avoid such occurrence.
