in the (-) direction to decrease the force needed to strip off the vinyl sheet.
2.2.6. Rewind Spring Position Adjustment for 12mm-16mm Non-Stop Tape
Feeder
Adjust the position of the rewinding spring according to the component supply state
before using the tape feeder.

The spring is principally hung at the normal position. The vinyl tape stripping force may
be increased or decreased by hanging it at the ( + ) or ( - ) position respectively as
required.
2.2.7. Rewind Spring Position Adjustment for 24mm-56mm Non-Stop Tape
Feeder
Adjust the position of the rewinding spring according to the component supply state
before using the tape feeder.
Caution
After changing the pitch, check manually if the pitch is set as
desired before mounting and using.
When changing the pitch, if screws are not tightened firmly,
loose screws might cause malfunction. Be sure to tighten the
screws firmly when changing the pitch.

The spring is principally hung at the normal position. The vinyl tape stripping force may
be increased or decreased by hanging it at the ( + ) or ( - ) position respectively as
required.
2.3. Installing the tape feeder on the feeder base
While pulling the clamp lever toward the back of the tape feeder, adjust the location pin
under the feeder to the large hole in the feeder base and adjust and fix the location pin on
the front of the feeder to the holes in the feeder base vertical plate.
Warning
When installing the feeder on the feeder base of the
machine, not checking whether the machine is in idle
status could cause severe injury. Be sure to check to see if
the machine operation mode is idle before installing the
feeder.
Caution
When transporting a large feeder, be sure to lift it with a
proper poster. Otherwise, injury might occur as it is heavy.
A large feeder needs to be transported by more than 2
people.
Check whether the feeder is installed on the feeder base
properly before operating the machine.
When mounting the feeder, be careful so that part of
clothing doesn’t get caught between the feeder and the
feeder base.
Check if the multi cylinder on the installation position is
down before mounting.

While releasing the clamp lever, fix the feeder on the feeder base rail.

For the 8mm Non-Stop tape feeder, after releasing the clamp arm, press it once more
toward the equipment direction until it reaches the stopper.
Caution
In the case of the 12mm-56mm Non-Stop Tape Feeder,
since the multi-cylinder movement point is different from
the S-type pickup point, the feeder setup must be checked.
