For the winding type, use the same mounting method as the top cover mounting method

for the winding type tape feeder. (Please refer to Figure 2-29.)

However, the winding type is applied to the tape of special specification for NST-08P4

and NST08E-4P.

For 12-56mm tape feeder, mount the upper cover tape coming out of the tape separation

slit on the take up reel while wrapped around the roller.

Caution

When the shutter is opened, repeat pressing and releasing

the manual lever until the component (chip) is visible. At this

time, verify that the upper cover tape is not rolled under the

tape guide and the component is accurately placed on the

pickup position. If the part position is about 1/2 pitch off,

advance the part for 1/2 pitch by pressing the manual lever

lightly.
