5.3.4 Restrictions
Custom-designed functions are not supported.
When the production lot operation is set at “ON”, the custom-designed functions may
not operate correctly.
Limitations when the YG series and Xg series models exist in the line.
Upgrade the application of each series to the version described in Chapter 1. Since the
program change by the production lot is not supported, the board is changed under
conventional conditions (production model and surface information). However, since
the information transmission to the downstream machine is extended, the production
lot instruction is transmitted to the YS series on the downstream side, and then the auto
program change is executed.
When the option function [OP003] enable/disable setting is changed in the machine setting,
be sure to restart the machine.

shown below.
This makes it possible to perform the search process in units of production lots.

5.4.1 Introduction
5.4.1.1 Preparations
There are no preparation items for the production lot operation.
5.4.1.2 Settings
Select [Machine Information]-[Option Setting]-[Detail Setting] in [Setting], and then set [File
Output Format] to “CSV”.
5.4.2 Operation procedure
5.4.2.1 Lot log
The production lot is output. So, for example, the production results can be totalized in units of
production lots.
5.4.2.2 Lot parts log
The production lot is output. So, for example, it is possible to find the production lot that uses
any faulty part.
5.4.2.3 Parts mount log
The production lot is output. So, for example, it is possible to find the board in the production
lot that uses any faulty part.
5.4.3 Restrictions
The contents of the production lot are output only when the file output format is set at
“CSV”.
The search cannot be performed using “Y.FacT T-Tool”.
