"Current carrier" field -> "Magazine configuration..." button (new): This is used to call the dialog
which allows you to change the current magazine configuration for the selected magazine
carrier.
- "Calibrate" field -> "Magazine position…" button (new). This is used to call the "Calibrate
magazine position" dialog box in which you can select the options for calibration. These can be
called directly via the buttons in the "Calibrate" field of version 504.xx.
The following options can be set for calibrating the magazine position(s):
All magazines (all carriers) During calibration, the positions are determined for all
magazines on the magazine carriers configured for the
current location.
All magazines (current carrier) During calibration, the positions are determined for all
magazines set up on the selected magazine carrier.
Current magazine During calibration, the positions are determined for the
selected magazine.
With pick-up height During calibration of the magazine positions, it is also
possible to carry out the function for determining the pick-
up height(s).
With reject position During calibration of the magazine positions, it is also
possible to carry out the function for determining the
reject position.
Inputs/outputs:
- The view for the inputs and outputs has been adapted to the new input and output groups.
5.41 GEM 505
No changes have been made to the GEM 505 software since version 504.

5.42 Traceability 505
The following changes have been made since Traceabilty 503:
- The MTC 2 (Matrix Tray Changer) is supported by traceability or extended component
verification.
- It is possible to generate traceability data on the synchronous dual conveyor.
- The external set-up area is supported by the SMV (SIPLACE Mobile Verifier) system with the
CLS option.
Note:
The behavior of the previous component verification function is changed if the traceability
software version 505 is installed.

5.43 OIS Version 2.4
OIS Version 2.4 also supports SIPLACE HF and HF/3.

read in all ink spots or the information must be supplied from an external system (virtual ink
spot handler or Iskip).
