The PCB that moved out of the detection range of the placement sensor was not
detected by the workout sensor within a certain period of time.
[Solution]
Take measures same as those against the error code “$3091”.
$3096 The board did not move out of the detection range of the WorkOut sensor. [EMER
LEVEL]
[Problem]
The PCB failed to be moved to the exit shuttle after it was detected by the WorkOut
sensor.
[Solution]
Take measures same as those against the error code “$3091”.
$3097 The board did not arrive at the BoardOut sensor. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
The PCB that moved out of the detection range of the WorkOut sensor did not arrive at
the BoardOut sensor.
[Solution]
Take measures same as those against the error code “$3091”.
$3098 The board did not move out of the detection range of the BoardOut sensor. [EMER
LEVEL]
[Problem]
The board did not move out of the detection range of the BoardOut sensor.
[Solution]
Take measures same as those against the error code “$3091”.
Check if the BoardOut sensor is at the same height as the conveyor of the next
machine.
$3099 The board did not arrive at the stopper. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
The PCB did not arrive at the stopper in the corresponding station.
[Solution]
Turn off the Buzzer by pressing the “STOP” button.
Switch the machine to “IDLE” mode by pressing the “RESET” button.
Check if there is any mechanical interference that obstructs the flow of the
corresponding PCB.
Check if the belt of the corresponding station operates normally

1.4.5. Sequence related errors [$4000~$4fff]
$4000 Components that can't be operated together exist in a cycle. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
The components that can't be operated together exist in a cycle.
Occurs when applying undefined component alignment method or when the camera
number is designated.
[Solution]
Turn off the Buzzer by pressing the “STOP” button.
If the type of the error is “MPU-STOP”, then turn on/off the power switch of the
equipment.
Reset the alignment type of the component in trouble and the camera number.
Divide one cycle into two and operate.
$4003 The camera cannot recognize a part. [FREEZE LEVEL]
[Problem]
An attempt was made to recognize a part with a camera that cannot recognize a part
(for example, an attempt was made to recognize a part using a fiducial camera)
[Solution]
Recognize a part using a fly or fix camera.
$4116 Since the pneumatic system for the head$H is turned on already, the part cannot be
picked up. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
Since the pneumatic system for the corresponding head is turned on, the part cannot be
picked up.
[Solution]
If the pneumatic system for the corresponding head has been manually turned on, turn
it off and retry.
If it was neglected to dump the previously picked up part, remove the part at the
corresponding head, turn it off and then retry.
If it was neglected to dump the previously picked up part, remove the part at the
corresponding head, turn it off and then retry.
$4120 The dump box was not defined. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
The dump box into which the picked up part by the designated head is to be dumped
was not designated.
1-80
Advanced Chip Shooter DECAN S2 Troubleshooting Guide
[Solution]
The part was dumped to the dump box that the designated head cannot approach.
Check if each gantry can approach the dump box designated for the corresponding part
in the feeder dialog box.
Check if the position of the corresponding dump box is properly taught in the dump
box dialog box.
$4121 The dump box is out of the head movement range. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
It is impossible to approach the dump box into which the picked up part by the
designated head is to be dumped.
[Solution]
Take measures same as those against the error code “$4120”.
$4122 Since the dump box is too small compared to the part $P picked up by the head $H,
the part cannot be dumped. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
Since the part to be dumped is larger than the dump box, it cannot be dumped.
[Solution]
Designate the dump box larger than the part to be dumped.
$4502 Failed to teach the feeder pocket. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
Failed to teach the feeder pocket automatically..
[Solution]
Check if the profile group of the part for which pocket teaching is to be performed is
correct.
Check if the size of the part is identical to that of the profile group to which the part
belongs.
Adjust the light value of the fiducial camera so that the pocket can be viewed clearly.
$4610 The gantry mapping position was not set up. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
The position of the fiducial mark for performing gantry mapping was not designated.
[Solution]
Select the ‘Calib’ submenu from the ‘System Setup’ menu.
Click the <Gantry Mapping> button.
