2) Offset due to incorrect camera focus or defective alignment
3) Foreign materials on the camera lens or contaminated lens
4) Incorrect camera dip switch setup
[Measures]
1) Connect the Fly Cam Sig Ext cable or fix camera signal cable to the camera again. If
the problem occurs continuously, replace the cable.
2) Contact our designated C/S company or local agent.
(Replace the camera module and check for camera alignment).
3) Clean the fiducial camera lens.
4) Check the setup of the camera dip switch. If the problem occurs continuously, contact
our designated C/S company or local agent.
E0202 Vision recognition timeout occurred due to vision board recognition failure
[Cause]
1) The vision board is not inserted in the slot properly
2) Defective SBC board
3) Defective vision board
4) Defective back plane board
5) The vision board driver file is damaged due to virus infection
[Measures]
1) Remove the vision board and insert it into the slot.
2) Replace the SBC board.
3) Replace the vision board.
4) Replace the back plane board.
5) Perform HDD recovery and reinstall the MMI.
E0203 The mirror was damaged, which caused the following (Applies to the SM series
machines excluding the SLM, SCM1 and SM451)
- Since the part is recognized as dark and spotted, it is partially invisible
- The re-flexibility was reduced rapidly. Therefore, the part cannot be recognized
- The light is turned on properly, but it is dark
[Cause]
1) The mirror is scratched or is damaged
2) Foreign materials exist on the mirror

E0204 Part recognition data registration error
[Cause]
1) The actual part shape is different from the outline of the part or the part recognition
parameter was not set properly
2) The brightness of the illumination for part recognition was not set properly
[Measures]
1) Register the part recognition date correctly referring to the Administrator's Guide.
2) Adjust the brightness of the illumination for correct recognition of the part shape.
E0205 The part size is different from that of the recognition data of the registered part due
to a defective part
[Cause]
The part to be recognized is defective or has oxidized since its expiry date has elapsed.
[Measures]
Change the part with the correct one
E0206 Camera recognition time out error occurred
[Cause]
1) Defective vision board
2) The vision board is not inserted in the slot properly
[Measures]
1) Replace the vision board.
2) Remove the vision board and insert it into the slot.
E0207 Camera noise (distorted image, half image, overlapped image, etc.) occurred
[Cause]
1) Cable is not connected properly
2) Defective camera
3) The Head Illumination board or Head I/F board is defective
4) The cables of the Head Illumination board or Head I/F is not connected properly
5) The vision I/F board cable is not connected properly
[Measures]
1) Check the cable connection and if the cable has a problem, replace the camera cable.

2) Replace the camera.
3) Replace Head illumination board.
Replace Head I/F board. (For the SM411, 421, 411F)
4) Check for the cable connection status of the Head Illumination board or Head I/F
board. If there are any problems, replace the camera cable.
5) Check the vision I/F board cable connection and if the cable has a problem, replace the
camera cable.
E0208 The camera has not been assembled properly. Therefore, the following problem
occurred:
The camera recognition area is not located at the part center but slightly offset in the X-
axis or Y-axis direction Camera
[Cause]
The camera has not been assembled properly
[Measures]
Remove the camera and reassemble it. Then perform calibration.
E0209 The image from the camera appears dark due to abnormal brightness of the
illumination
[Cause]
1) Defective camera illumination board
2) Head illumination board or head I/F board are defective.
3) VME IO illumination board or Flux board are defective.
4) The light LED turns on and off repeatedly due to defective contact of the cable related
to lighting.
5) Light mapping was not performed properly
[Measures]
1) Check the connection of the cables related to the illumination IF board as well as S/W
setup. If there is no problem with the cable connection, replace the illumination board.
2) Replace Head illumination board.(For the SM411, 421, 411F)
Replace Head I/F board. (Applies to the SM series machines excluding the SLM,
SCM1 and SM451)
3) Replace VME IO illumination board.(For the SM411, 421, 411F)
Replace Flux board. (For the SM481, 482)
4) Connect the illumination cable connector again or check whether the connector pin is
connected properly. If the cable has a problem, replace the cable.
5) Perform light mapping again.
