$4655 The fiducial camera %d cannot move to this zone. [FREEZE LEVEL]
[Problem]
Failed to move the fiducial camera to recognize the barcode on the PCB.
Incorrect teaching of the barcode position.
[Solution]
Move the fiducial camera to the barcode position in the barcode dialog box of the
‘PCB Edit’ menu.
Recheck the barcode recognition position and input it correctly.
$4700 The head cannot move to the dump position. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
The corresponding head failed to move to the dump position.
[Solution]
Check if it is possible to move the position of the dump box for the part picked up by
the corresponding head.
Check if there is any interference with the movement of the Z axis and Mirror axis of
the corresponding head or the movement of the corresponding gantry and if the XY
axes limit sensor works correctly.
If the dump box is at the position that can be moved and if the problem occurs
continuously even though each axis has no problem for operation, contact our
designated C/S company and local agent.
$4701 A vacuum error occurred when the head dumped the part (Failed to dump the part).
[EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
Although the part was dumped, the checking by pneumatic pressure indicated that the
part failed to be dumped.
[Solution]
Check if there is a part remaining at the corresponding head. If a part still remains at
the head, it means that it was not dumped due to dirt, static electricity, etc. Check the
blow path of the nozzle and head.
Check the cleaned state of the nozzle.
Check the cleaned state of the vacuum filter for the head.
Check if the spindle is clogged.
Check if the Vacuum / Blow operate normally in the IO dialog box.
Check if the Vacuum / Blow operate normally in the IO dialog box.
Despite the above checking, if a problem occurs continuously with the part not being
dumped properly, contact our C/S company and local agent.

$4750 The dipping area of the flux unit is too small. [FREEZE LEVEL]
[Problem]
The dipping area of the part defined in the installation information of the flux feed unit
is smaller than the part to be dipped.
[Solution]
Check that the size of the part to be dipped is identical to the size defined by the flux
feed unit. (Default value is less than • 17mm)
If the problem occurs again despite that the part is as large as the reference, contact our
designated C/S company or local agent.
$4751 Cannot access the flux feed unit. Check the position. [FREEZE LEVEL]
[Problem]
The head cannot move to the dipping position (X, Y) set by the flux feed unit.
[Solution]
Check that the dipping position (X, Y) set by the flux feed unit is appropriate. If the
position value is incorrect, perform teaching again.
Install the flux feed unit after moving it to the feeder base slot which the head can
access and then teach the dipping position (X, Y) again.
If the problem occurs continuously, contact our designated C/S or local agent.
$4752 The head cannot move to the Head $H Flux position. [FREEZE LEVEL]
[Problem]
The head cannot move due to an error related to the motor when the head moves to the
flux feed unit or it moves to another position from the flux feed unit.
[Solution]
Check if the hardware has any problem.
Check if the motor speed parameter is correct.
If the problem occurs continuously, contact our designated C/S or local agent.
$4753 Flux feed unit is not registered [FREEZE LEVEL]
[Problem]
The equipment has no information on the flux feed unit due to system data error.
[Solution]
contact our designated C/S or local agent.

System Messages of the MMI and Solutions
$4754 An error occurred to the pneumatic system after the part $P of the head $H was
dipped in the flux unit.
(There is no part on the head.) [FREEZE LEVEL]
[Problem]
It is thought that the part is not on the nozzle from the result of checking if the part
remains on the head after dipping it in the flux feed unit by using pneumatic pressure.
[Solution]
Check if the part is on the nozzle. When the part is on the nozzle, verify if the set
values for checking the pneumatic pressure of the nozzle to which a problem occurred
are correct in the ‘Device’ submenu of the ‘System Setup’ menu.
When there is no part on the nozzle, check if the nozzle is contaminated or the
pneumatic pressure level of the head is normal.
Check if a nozzle whose size fits appropriately for the part size is used.
If the problem occurs continuously, contact our designated C/S or local agent.
$4755 Flux feed unit is not installed on the feeder base. [FREEZE LEVEL]
[Problem]
The system data has no information on the slot of the feeder base for which the flux
feed unit is set.
[Solution]
Select the ‘Flux’ tab dialog box from the ‘Periph.’ submenu of the ‘System Setup’ and
register the information on the feeder base slot in which the flux feed unit is installed.
$4760 Flux is exhausted. Refill in the flux. [WARNING LEVEL]
[Problem]
The period of time taken for flux work in the equipment exceeded the time set in the
Refill Warning Period in the setup dialog box of the flux feed unit.
[Solution]
Check the state of the flux in the flux feed unit. If the flux is exhausted, refill in the
flux. Then execute the flux dialog box in the production screen to reset the ‘Refill
Warning Alarm’.
If the flux is sufficient, execute the flux dialog box in the production screen to reset the
‘Refill Warning Alarm’.
$4761 Clean the flux feed unit. [WARNING LEVEL]
[Problem]
The number of times of flux work in the equipment exceeded the count set in the
Squeeze Warn Count in the setup dialog box of the flux feed unit.
