Change the fiducial mark to a rectangular one.

If the fiducial mark is diamond-shaped, a part is placed at a point different from the
input placement point.
[Solution]
Teach a rectangular fiducial mark.
1.4.14. DPRAM Communication Related Error [$d000~$dfff]
$d112 An error occurred during DP-RAM (MMI) communication. [WARNING LEVEL]
[Problem]
The DP-RAM board is defective.
A communication error occurred during the communication between the MMI and
VME.
[Solution]
Turn off the Buzzer by pressing the “STOP” button.
If trouble continues to occur, please contact the C/S company designated by Hanwha

1.4.15. Internal data related errors (Board, MPU Init Related Error, Factory, System

$e200 Air pressure is not supplied to the equipment. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
Air pressure is not supplied to the equipment.
Defect in the air pressure check sensor or incorrect setting.
[Solution]
Turn off the Buzzer by pressing the “STOP” button.
Press the “RESET” button to change the operation mode to “IDLE”.
Supply air pressure.
Check the setting of the air pressure supply sensor and check if it operates correctly.

[Problem]
An error occurred during system initialization.
[Solution]
Check if the MMI/RT version is correct.
This error may occur when the system data in the system directory is abnormal. The
files to be checked include ‘config_N.db’, ‘machine.cfg’, ‘system.stm’, ‘factory.stm’,
etc.
If trouble continues to occur, please contact the C/S company designated by Hanwha
Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. or the local agent.
$e809 Failed to initialize the H/W. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
An error occurred during system initialization.
[Solution]
Check if the MMI/RT version is correct.
This error may occur when the system data in the system directory is abnormal. The
files to be checked include ‘config_N.db’, ‘machine.cfg’, ‘system.stm’, ‘factory.stm’,
etc.
Check the system related to the control of the hardware with which a problem
occurred.
In the case of the vision hardware initialization error, turn the machine off normally
and turn it on again to check if it is initialized properly.

$f800~$fb12An error occurred due to internal S/W problem. [MPU_STOP LEVEL]
[Problem]
Internal S/W problem.
[Solution]
Turn off power to the machine in the usual way. Wait 5 seconds, turn back on and
reboot the system.
$fb22 An object was detected by the front area sensor. [WARNING LEVEL]
$fb22 An object was detected by the rear area sensor. [WARNING LEVEL]
[Problem]
Object was detected by the front (rear) sensor in an unsafe situation.
[Solution]
Check the operation state of the safety sensor.
Remove the object detected by the safety sensor.
$ff00 Cannot start production. [WARNING LEVEL]
[Problem]
The machine driving motor was not homed.
In the case of the docking cart machine, an error occurs due to defective clamping,
vision communication error, etc.
[Solution]
Perform homing of the machine driving motor.
Clamp the docking cart properly.
Check the state of communication with the vision system by performing the functions
of Outline, Test, Pickup, etc. using the part information registered in the ‘Part Edit’
dialog box.
