1.2.1.2. Part recognition error
E0200 The image from the camera is not displayed on the vision screen
[Cause]
1) Defective fly camera or fix camera
2) Defective Fly Camera I/F cable or Fix Camera 1 and 2 cables, or defective cable
connection (Applies to the SM series machines excluding the SLM, SCM1 and
SM451)
3) Defective Fly Camera Pw Sync Ext Cable and its connection
4) Defective vision board
5) Defective vision I/F board
6) Defective camera I/O board (total destruction of internal chips by fire)
7) Defective power supply
8) The vision I/F board is not connected properly
[Measures]
1) Replace the camera.
2) Check whether the following cables are connected properly. Replace the cable that has
a problem
Cable connecting the vision board and vision I/F board
Cable connecting the vision I/F board and flat cable
Cable connecting the flat cable and camera I/O board.
Cable connecting the camera I/O board and fly camera
3) Connect the fly camera Pw Sync Ext cable again. If the problem occurs continuously,
replace the cable. (Applies to the SM series machines excluding the SLM, SCM1 and
SM451.)
4) Replace the vision board.
5) Replace the vision I/F board.
6) Replace the camera I/O board.
7) Check for the 12V output voltage of the 12V connector at the front of the PC rack. If it
has any problems, replace the PC power supply.
8) Connect the I/F cable of the vision board again. If the problem occurs continuously,
replace the cable.
E0201 The image from the camera is deformed or blurred
[Cause]
1) Defective Fly Cam Sig Ext cable or Fix Cam signal cable and connection

4) Incorrect camera dip switch setup
[Measures]
1) Connect the Fly Cam Sig Ext cable or fix camera signal cable to the camera again. If
the problem occurs continuously, replace the cable.
2) Contact our designated C/S company or local agent.
(Replace the camera module and check for camera alignment).
3) Clean the fiducial camera lens.
4) Check the setup of the camera dip switch. If the problem occurs continuously, contact
our designated C/S company or local agent.
E0202 Vision recognition timeout occurred due to vision board recognition failure
[Cause]
1) The vision board is not inserted in the slot properly
2) Defective SBC board
3) Defective vision board
4) Defective back plane board
5) The vision board driver file is damaged due to virus infection
[Measures]
1) Remove the vision board and insert it into the slot.
2) Replace the SBC board.
3) Replace the vision board.
4) Replace the back plane board.
5) Perform HDD recovery and reinstall the MMI.
E0203 The mirror was damaged, which caused the following (Applies to the SM series
machines excluding the SLM, SCM1 and SM451)
- Since the part is recognized as dark and spotted, it is partially invisible
- The re-flexibility was reduced rapidly. Therefore, the part cannot be recognized
- The light is turned on properly, but it is dark
[Cause]
1) The mirror is scratched or is damaged
2) Foreign materials exist on the mirror
[Measures]

1) Contact our designated C/S company or local agent. (Replace the mirror)
2) Clean the mirror periodically referring to the Maintenance Handbook.
E0204 Part recognition data registration error
[Cause]
1) The actual part shape is different from the outline of the part or the part recognition
parameter was not set properly
2) The brightness of the illumination for part recognition was not set properly
[Measures]
1) Register the part recognition date correctly referring to the Administrator's Guide.
2) Adjust the brightness of the illumination for correct recognition of the part shape.
E0205 The part size is different from that of the recognition data of the registered part due
to a defective part
[Cause]
The part to be recognized is defective or has oxidized since its expiry date has elapsed.
[Measures]
Change the part with the correct one
E0206 Camera recognition time out error occurred
[Cause]
1) Defective vision board
2) The vision board is not inserted in the slot properly
[Measures]
1) Replace the vision board.
2) Remove the vision board and insert it into the slot.
E0207 Camera noise (distorted image, half image, overlapped image, etc.) occurred
[Cause]
1) Cable is not connected properly
2) Defective camera
3) The Head Illumination board or Head I/F board is defective
4) The cables of the Head Illumination board or Head I/F is not connected properly
5) The vision I/F board cable is not connected properly
[Measures]
1) Check the cable connection and if the cable has a problem, replace the camera cable.
