[Solution]
When the shape of the component is too complicated, register in other type.
When the shape of the component is too complicated, register in other type.
$a860 An error occurred while executing the MinWidth algorithm.
[Problem]
An error occurred due to H/W problem or S/W problem.
[Solution]
Turn off power to the machine in the usual way. Wait 5 seconds, turn back on and
reboot the system.
$aa04 Can not find the components.
[Problem]
The component was not actually picked up.
The threshold value of the component is setup too high.
[Solution]
Check the pickup position of the corresponding component through the SMVision
window in the Feeder of “PCB Edit” menu, and verify if the feeder is correctly
installed in the slot.
In “Part” of the “PCB Edit” menu, setup the threshold value of the error occurred
component to be lower than the component. As the threshold value is setup
automatically, do not select the <Auto> check box to change the value manually.

Perform [Solution] in $aa07.

[Problem]
The component is too much offset from the center of nozzle when picking up the
component.
The fly camera shook when mounting the component.
[Solution]
Check if the components are correctly picked up.
Check the pickup position of the corresponding component through the SMVision
window in the Feeder of the “PCB Edit” menu, and verify if the feeder is correctly
installed in the slot.
If the problem continues to occur even while the components are normally picked up,
check if the camera is shaked.
And, perform the camera calibration by selecting the ‘Calib’ submenu of the ‘Sys.
Setup’ menu and clicking the <Head & Camera Calibration> button.
