Although the docking cart was moved up/down, the Up/Down sensor failed to detect
the up/down movement of the docking cart even after the designated time.
[Solution]
Check if the docking cart contacts closely with the machine.
Check the up/down movement state of the docking cart. If the docking cart interferes
with anything, remove it.
Check the sensor operation by moving the docking cart up and down.
If the problem remains unsolved, contact our designated C/S company or local agent.
$0051 The rear docking cart was not docked properly. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
The docking cart is not clamped properly.
[Solution]
Take measures same as those against the error code “$0046”.
$0052 The front docking cart has already moved up or it was not docked properly. [EMER
LEVEL]
$0053 The rear docking cart has already moved up or it was not docked properly. [EMER
LEVEL]
[Problem]
An attempt was made to move the docking cart up when it was already moved up.
[Solution]
Check the contact state of the docking cart and the state of sensors.
If the problem remains unsolved, contact our designated C/S company or local agent.
$0054 The front docking cart has not been moved up. [EMER LEVEL]
$0055 The rear docking cart has not been moved up . [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
The docking cart has not been moved up before starting automatic production.
[Solution]
Move the docking cart up and restart the automatic production.
If an error occurs while it moves up, take proper measures by referring to the related
error code.
If the problem remains unsolved, contact our designated C/S company or local agent.

[Problem]
The Z-axis of all heads is not at the safe height before operating the feeders (including
tray feeder).
[Solution]
When the Z-axis of some heads is lowered, perform homing of the Z-axis of the
corresponding head and attempt the planned operation.
When feeders were operated after EMG occurred without performing the homing,
perform the homing first and then attempt the planned operation.
If the problem remains unsolved, contact our designated C/S company or local agent.
$0915 The Y Interference detection sensor detected the approach of other gantries. [EMER
LEVEL]
[Problem]
The Y interference detection sensor detected the approach of other gantries.
[Solution]
The Y interference detection sensor detected the approach of other gantries.
Check if the two approaching gantries were detected by the interference sensor.
Check the operation status of the proximity sensor.
Press the Stop button and Reset button in order to release the error state of the
machine.
Perform homing of the entire machine to check if the homing is performed properly.
Check the connection state of the servo system (axis boards, motor boards).
The problem remaining unsolved may cause serious problems including collision of
the gantry with an internal frame, etc. Therefore, stop the machine immediately and
contact our designated C/S company or local agent
$0950 The teaching box is disabled at the front side. [WARNING LEVEL]
$0951 The teaching box is disabled at the rear side. [WARNING LEVEL]
$0952 The teaching box is connected to both front and rear sides . [WARNING LEVEL]
[Problem]
The teaching box is connected to both operation panels.
[Solution]
Remove the teaching box at one side for normal operation.
It is presumed that an error occurred in the distribution board of the operation panel.
Check the operation state.

1.4.3. Axis related error [$1000~$1fff]
$1000 -H/W Limit is sensed at the corresponding axis. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
$1000- H/W Limit is sensed at the corresponding axis. [EMER LEVEL]
[Solution]
Turn off the Buzzer by pressing the “STOP” button.
Move the head to a position that can't be sensed by the H/W limit sensor..
Switch the machine to “IDLE” mode by pressing the “RESET” button.
Supply power to the motor of the machine by pressing the “READY” button.
Select the submenu for calibration in the system setup menu and then click the <Axis
Home Calibration> button. And find the limit again by clicking the <X-Y Axis Limit
Automatic Searching…> button.
$1001 +H/W Limit is sensed at the corresponding axis. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
The H/W limit sensor in + direction is sensed at the specified axis.
[Solution]
Take measures same as those against the error code "$1000”.
$1002 Alarm is sensed at the corresponding axis. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
In the case of an axis, excessive pressing can cause this.
A motor error occurred at the specified axis.
[Solution]
Turn off the Buzzer by pressing the “STOP” button.
Check the operation of the sensor and the actuator corresponding axis.(Motor, Z/R
Sensor, Z-Axis Offset so on)
If any problem occurs, contact the C/S company designated by Hanwha Precision
Machinery Co., Ltd. or the local agent.
1.4.4. Conveyor related error [$3000~$3fff]
$3000 PCB is in the conveyor area. [FREEZE LEVEL]
