of the equipment, be sure to check the equipment in stop
status (idle mode) after releasing “Ready”.
$3049 Failed to turn the edge fixer on. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
The edge fixer does not turn on normally.
[Solution]
Take measures same as those against the error code "$3048”.
$304a Failed to turn the edge fixer off. [EMER LEVEL]

The conveyor belt does not run normally.
[Solution]
Turn off the Buzzer by pressing the “STOP” button.
Switch the machine to “IDLE” mode by pressing the “RESET” button.
Supply power to the motor of the machine by pressing the “READY” button.
Drive the belt again.
$304f There is no response from the belt controller. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
The conveyor belt does not run normally.

$3059 An error occurred to the rail axis controller. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
A command that moves the conveyor was transmitted to the step control board, but an
error occurred.
[Solution]
Turn off the Buzzer by pressing the “STOP” button.
Switch the machine to “IDLE” mode by pressing the “RESET” button.
Check the state of the corresponding step control board and driver.
$305b Exceeded the conveyor width movement range. [EMER LEVEL]
[Problem]
Attempt was made to adjust the conveyor width exceeding the maximum or minimum
width.
[Solution]
Perform setup of the width adjustment according to the specification of the current
machine..
$3060 Attempt was made to adjust the conveyor width while the conveyor width was already
