Rejecting nozzles
1. The star/X/Y axes move to the correct pickup position.
The nozzle is rejected from the reject device at any angle.
1. The Z-axis moves downwards with maximum force.
2. After the "end position signal down", the steel springs at the edge of the nozzle will have engaged.
3. The Z-axis is moved up again, to the 200 digit position.
4. A vacuum check is performed to recognize any pulled sleeves.
5. If the vacuum check is positive, the Z-axis moves up to the 0 position.
If the vacuum check is negative, the operator will be asked to push the sleeve in. After the cover has
been closed, this procedure is repeated from step 4 onwards.
