Remove the vinyl or other material jammed in the tape feeder.
Adjust the pitch of tape feeder.
Re-install the tape feeder correctly.
$5103 Failed to find the available tape feeder. [WARNING LEVEL]
[Problem]
The feeder that supplies the part to be picked up is not installed or it is installed in an
inaccessible area.
[Solution]
Check if the corresponding head can access the corresponding feeder in the Feeder
dialog box, and check if the feeder is installed correctly.
Despite such checks and measures, if the problem occurs again, contact our designated
C/S and local agent.
1.4.8. Stick Feeder related error [$5200~$52ff]
$5200 No component in the stick feeder $F. [WARNING LEVEL]
[Problem]
There is no component in the stick feeder.
[Solution]
Supply components.
$5201 Error occurred in the number of retries in the stick feeder $F. [FREEZE_BATCH
LEVEL]
[Problem]
There is no component actually in the stick feeder.
Pickup position of component in the stick feeder is incorrect.
Components of the stick feeder are not smoothly supplied.
Stick feeder is not correctly installed.
[Solution]
Supply components to the stick feeder again.
Re-setup the pickup position (X, Y, Z) of the component to which an error occurred in
the Feeder of the “PCB Edit” menu.
Make components smoothly supplied to stick feeder.
Install the stick feeder again correctly.

$5300 No component in the tray feeder $F. [FREEZE LEVEL]
[Problem]
There is no component in the tray feeder
[Solution]
Turn off the Buzzer by pressing the “STOP” button.
Switch the machine to “IDLE” mode by pressing the “RESET” button.
Supply components.
$5301 Error occurred in the number of retries in the tray feeder $F. [FREEZE_BATCH
LEVEL]
[Problem]
There is no component actually in the tray feeder.
Pickup position of component in the tray feeder is not correct.
Pocket teaching of tray feeder is incorrectly done.
Tray feeder is incorrectly installed.
[Solution]
Supply components to the tray feeder again.
Re-setup the pickup position (X, Y, Z) of the component to which an error occurred in
the Feeder of the “PCB Edit” menu.
Check if teaching of the pocket position for tray feeder is correctly done on the
‘feeder’ of PCB Edit menu.
Install the tray feeder correctly again.
$530A Failed to find the available tray feeder. [WARNING LEVEL]
[Problem]

$5503 An error occurred in the tray feeder communication command. [WARNING LEVEL]
$5504 An error occurred in the tray feeder communication data. [WARNING LEVEL]
[Problem]
An error occurred during communication with tray feeder.
[Solution]
Check the connection state of the communication cable for the corresponding tray
feeder.
Check if the corresponding tray feeder is in ‘Ready’ state.
Check the setups (Baud rate, etc.) related to the communication with the
corresponding feeder.
Despite such checks and measures, if the problem occurs again, contact our designated
C/S and local agent.
$5506 Time out error in the tray feeder. [FREEZE LEVEL]
[Problem]
Timeout has occurred due to absence of response in the tray feeder within the pre-
determined time after requesting the tray feeder status from the equipment.
The communication cable is plugged out.
[Solution]
Turn off the Buzzer by pressing the “STOP” button.
Switch the machine to “IDLE” mode by pressing the “RESET” button.
Turn off the buzzer by pressing the “STOP” button.
Ensure that the Tray Feeder related setup is properly set up in the ‘Pref.’ of the Sys.
Setup menu. (Type, Ch, Id)
