1.2.1.1. Part Non-pickup Error
E0000 Incorrect installation of tape reel in the tape feeder
[Cause]
Sprocket teeth of the tape feeder are not engaged correctly into the tape holes.
[Measures]
Engage the sprocket teeth of the tape feeder into the tape holes correctly.
E0010 A part is flipped over or stands on an edge
[Cause]
1) When peeling the upper cover tape manually, parts are taken out being attached with
the vinyl Emboss tape reel is used for an 8mm and 4 pitch feeder that uses paper tape
reel
2) Emboss tape reel is used for an 8mm 4 pitch feeder that uses a paper tape reel.
[Measures]
1) Replace the tape reel.
2) For an emboss tape reel, use an emboss tape feeder.
E0011 A part is stuck to the tape guide (only for 8mm feeder)
[Cause]
Static electricity occurred to a part or a part is stuck to the tape guide since it was
magnetized
[Measures]
Contact our designated C/S company or local agent. (Replace the tape guide)

1) The tape guide does not move smoothly or it is deformed due to impact
