The threshold value of the component is setup too high.
[Solution]
Check the pickup position of the corresponding component through the SMVision
window in the Feeder of “PCB Edit” menu, and verify if the feeder is correctly
installed in the slot.
In “Part” of the “PCB Edit” menu, setup the threshold value of the error occurred
component to be lower than the component. As the threshold value is setup
automatically, do not select the <Auto> check box to change the value manually.

The component was not picked up correctly.
The ‘Body X’ of the component was incorrectly inputted.

Check if the components are correctly picked up.

installed in the slot.
If the problem continues to occur even while the components are normally picked up,
check if the camera is shaked.
And, perform the camera calibration by selecting the ‘Calib’ submenu of the ‘Sys.
Setup’ menu and clicking the <Head & Camera Calibration> button.
