System Messages of the MMI and Solutions
E0303 Parts are blown in a certain machine model
[Cause]
Unstable blow pressure
[Measures]
Supply a stable blow pressure by separating the screen printer and blow pressure.
(Blow Gauge 1.0 Bar) (Blow Gage 1.0 Bar)
E0304 Abnormal vacuum was generated due to a defective connection cable of the vacuum
solenoid valve
[Cause]
The solenoid valve power supply cable is not connected properly
[Measures]
Check whether the solenoid valve power supply cable is connected properly. If it has a
problem, contact our designated C/S company or local agent. (Replace the head
vacuum solenoid power supply cable)
E0305 The Z-axis height of the placement point becomes incorrect due to a PCB clamp setup
error
[Cause]
The nozzle end does not come into contact with the upper surface of the PCB when the
spindle is moved down to the level at which the Z-axis height is '0'(zero)
[Measures]
Contact our designated C/S company or local agent. (Adjust the PCB clamp)
E0306 Parts are blown since the blow pressure is excessively high
[Cause]
Blow pressure becomes excessively high due to incorrect setup of the blow solenoid
valve
[Measures]
The solenoid setup value is different depending on the machine. Regarding the
method to control the solenoid valve, contact our designated C/S company or local
agent.
SM411/ 421/ 411F/482/168
Adjust the regulator pressure so that the blow set pressure becomes -60 ~ -100
mmHg
SM471/481/DECAN F2
Adjust the needle valve of the manifold so that the regulator pressure becomes -50
~ -70 mmHg

Next Generation, Multi-Functional Placer DECAN S1 Troubleshooting Guide
When the regulator pressure is 0.1Mpa, adjust the needle valve of the manifold so
that the blow set value becomes -40 ~ -60 mmHg.
E0310 A PCB warps up and down
[Cause]
The placement height has deviated as the PCB has warped downwards.
The part bounces out since the PCB is warped upward.
[Measures]
Check the flatness of the PCB using a 'ruler' with the PCB fixed. Replace the PCB
causing the problem.
E0320 A part adheres to the nozzle since the blow pressure is excessively low
[Cause]
Blow pressure becomes excessively low due to incorrect setup of the blow solenoid
valve
[Measures]
Control the blow solenoid valve so that the lower limit value of blow becomes -
50mmHg when the regulator pressure is 0.06Mpa. Regarding the method to control
the solenoid valve, contact our designated C/S company or local agent.
E0321 A part drops since the vacuum pressure is low due to a fouled vacuum filter
[Cause]
The generation of blow and vacuum pressure is delayed due to a fouled filter
[Measures]
Check the filter for discoloration. If it has a problem, replace the vacuum filter. (The
vacuum filter is a consumable part, replace it every 6 months)
E0322 Air leaks from the vacuum filter since its case was assembled incorrectly or damaged
[Cause]
Filter case was damaged
[Measures]
Replace the head vacuum filter case.
E0323 A part adheres to the nozzle since the blow pressure becomes low due to a defective
solenoid valve
[Cause]
Defective solenoid valve
[Measures]
1-31
System Messages of the MMI and Solutions
After replacing the solenoid valve, set the blow pressure level.
E0324 A part adheres to the nozzle since the blow pressure becomes low due to a clogged
spindle
[Cause]
Clogged spindle
[Measures]
Clean the spindle periodically referring to the Maintenance Handbook.
Open the 'Pneumatic Pressure Diagnosis' dialog box of the MMI and insert the CN040
nozzle into the nozzle holder. Then turn on the vacuum system. The normal head
vacuum level is 600~700mmHg with the nozzle end covered with a hand. (The nozzle
and vacuum level differ by machine.)
E0325 A part adheres to the nozzle since the blow pressure becomes low due to an air leak
from therotary joint
[Cause]
Air leaks from the rotary joint
[Measures]
Replace the rotary joint.
E0326 The pickup section of the LED part consists of adhesive material
[Cause]
Since the pickup section of the LED part is treated with silicon, it is sticky
[Measures]
Select the nozzle suitable to the LED and perform a dump test. If the problem occurs
continuously, contact our designated C/S company or local agent.
E0327 A part adheres to the nozzle since the blow pressure becomes low with the oil entering
the vacuum generator
[Cause]
Fouled vacuum generator filter
[Measures]
Contact our designated C/S company or local agent. (Replace the vacuum generator)
E0328 A part adheres to the nozzle since static electricity is generated between the nozzle and
part
[Cause]
Static electricity was generated between the nozzle and part
