E0360 The PCB was bypassed without being worked on due to the defective PCB detection
sensor

E0400 The XY coordinates of the corresponding spindle center become incorrect due to a
deformed ball spline

1) Incorrect setup of vacuum/blow delay time
2) Incorrect part transfer speed setup

1) Set the delay time suitable for the part to be placed while changing the vacuum/blow
delay time little by little.
2) Set the speed suitable for the part to be placed while changing the part transfer speed
little by little.
E0402 The Z-axis driving system was not connected properly

Defective motor or belt connection

Contact our designated C/S company or local agent. (Check the driving motor and belt
for any defect)
E0403 The Z-axis motor driver does not operate properly

contact our designated C/S company or local agent. (Download the corresponding
parameters or change specific parameters again).
E0404 The Z axis LM guide is defective
[Cause]
The LM Guide is defective
[Measures]
Contact our designated C/S company or local agent. (Replace the ball spline)
E0410 Gantry offset occurred since calibration has not been performed for a long period of
time
[Cause]
Calibration has not been performed for a long period of time. (Condition change
according to the site environment)
[Measures]
Perform the common XY calibration referring to the Administrator's Guide.
E0411 After a certain period of time, XY coordinate distortion occurred in the working area
of a certain gantry.
[Cause]
Gantry mapping was performed incorrectly due to a defective fiducial mark position
for the temperature mapping of a certain gantry.
[Measures]
Check whether the fiducial mark position for temperature mapping is correct and
perform temperature mapping again.
E0412 Incorrect X and Y limit setup

1) Incorrect setup of the backup pin
2) Incorrect setup of the BUT Down speed

1) Check whether there is a clearance between the board and clamp plate in the Clamp
Up state and adjust the backup pin length.
2) Check the BUT lowering down time at the Conveyor Module Diagnosis and control
the speed control valve so that the lowering time may not exceed 150-170 ms.
