Part Supply System
Feeder Pallet
A total of 40 and 70 types of parts respectively can be loaded on CP-842ME,
and the CP-842E feeder pallets (in the case of 8 mm feeders).
Vision Processing System
Fiducial Mark Camera
The fiducial marks on the panel are read in order to detect the skew of panels
when they are loaded and the position of the panel so that this information can
be reflected in the placement data.

Panel Transport System
XY-table
The XY-table moves the panel forward and back & left and right to precisely
place the part at the placement point specified in the production program. The
panel is also moved up and down to align with the height of the part so that
undue stress is not exerted on the part.
In / Out-conveyor
The in-conveyor receives panels from the previous machine. The in-lifter then
rises and the panel is delivered to the in-carrier.
The out-conveyor unloads finished panels to the next machine. The out-lifter
rises and the out-carrier receives a panel. When the out-lifter descends a panel
is then delivered to the out-conveyor.
In / Out-carrier
The in-carrier receives a panel from the in-conveyor and delivers it to the XY-
table.
The out-carrier receives a panel from the XY-table or and delivers it to the out-
conveyor.
