The panel lifter for the XY-table is operated via the Z-axis servo motor. This
lifter moves up and down to receive a panel from the in-carrier and unload a
panel to the out-conveyor.
Procedure
1. Select [Panel Loader] from the [Setup] section at the [Main]
screen.
2. Select [Lifter Up] or [Lifter Down] from the [Main Conveyor] sec-
tion.
3. Press the START button.
Main conveyor clampers can be operated individually.
The panel lifter can only move up and down when the XY-table is at the load-
ing or unloading position. Consequently, the XY-table must be moved to the
loading or unloading position before this command can be used (see section 8-
6).
Procedure
1. Select [Panel Loader] from the [Setup] section at the [Main]
screen.
2. Select [Clamp] or [Unclamp] from the [Main Conveyor] section.
3. Press the START button.

displays.

Panels on the in-conveyor can be loaded to the in-carrier. To do this, set a
panel on the in-conveyor (Panel check sensor must be on), then perform the
procedure shown below.
Procedure
1. Select [Panel Loader] from the [Setup] section at the [Main]
screen.
2. Select [Loader Maintenance].
3. Select [In-carrier Pickup] at the [Panel Transport Position] sec-
tion.
4. Press the START button.
A panel on the in-carrier can be loaded to the main conveyor using the proce-
dure shown below.
Procedure
1. Select [Panel Loader] from the [Setup] section at the [Main]
screen.
2. Select [Loader Maintenance].
3. Select [Main Conveyor Pickup] at the [Panel Transport Position]
section.
4. Press the START button.
