The machine stops automatically once the scheduled production quantity is
produced. Refer to, "Setting the Scheduled Production Quantity" in section
3-2 regarding the procedure for setting the scheduled production quantity.
Note: Once the scheduled production quantity for a production program has
been completed, clear the production quantity counter to use the produc-
tion program again. Refer to "Clearing the Production Quantity Count"
in section 8-14 regarding this procedure.
During the course of production it is possible to automatically stop the
machine once the panel(s) currently on the XY-table is completed and
unloaded to the out-conveyor.
Procedure
1. Press [Finish Current Panels] while production on the machine
is in progress.
2. Once production of the panel(s) currently being produced (panel
on the XY-table) is finished and the panel is unloaded to the out-
conveyor, the machine will automatically stop.
Note: If a panel is not unloaded to the next machine and the panel is left on the
out-conveyor, panels on the out-carrier and XY-table cannot be unloaded.
Remove the panels on the out-conveyor in order.
