C.3. Registering Components Supplied to Shuttle Tray Feeder
Figure C-3. "Create a new part/Edit the selected part" dialog box
The method of registering components supplied to the Shuttle Tray is the same as that for
the registration of existing components.
That is, as can be seen in Figure C-3, specify the Feeder item to FW-20CS (Shuttle) in
the "Create a new part/Edit the selected part" dialog box (PCB EditPartNew Part…).

C.4. Setting the use of Shuttle Tray Feeder
Figure C-4. "Feeders" dialog box
The method of setting the Feeder to supply components by using the Shuttle Tray is the
same as that for the existing Tray Feeder. However, as can be seen in the "Feeders" dialog
box (PEB EditFeederTray Unit) in Figure C-4, the menu items of Tray Feeder are
changed or the following items are added.
Shuttle Pick
When there is a component in the Shuttle, it is picked up. If not, a component is
supplied from the Shuttle Tray and it is picked up.
Shuttle Supply
Receives a component from the Shuttle Tray and moves it to the component supply
position in the CP45 equipment.
CS Pocket Move
Moves the head of the Shuttle Tray to the designated Palette and the position of
Pocket in the Shuttle Tray.
Using the Dump Conveyor
When the Shuttle Tray is used, the existing ‘Return to Tray’ Dump can not be used.
Accordingly, when the Dump Conveyor is used, ‘Dump Conveyor’ is set as the
default Dump position. For the registration of 'Dump Conveyor', please refer to C.5
Precautions for the use of Shuttle Tray Feeder (page C-5 ).

C.5. Precautions for the use of Shuttle Tray Feeder
C.5.1. Board Size limit
When using the Shuttle Tray Feeder, the length (Y direction of CP45 equipment) of
applicable PCB board is limited to under 300mm.
C.5.2. Using Dump Conveyor
When using the Shuttle Tray Feeder, 'Return to Tray' can not be used for the Dump Box
unlike regular Tray Feeders. Instead, the Dump Conveyor can be used. The Dump
Conveyor can be registered in the "Dump Box" dialog box (Sys. SetupTray) as in
Figure C-5, and the procedure is as follows.
Enter the location where the Dump Conveyor is installed.
Set whether the Dump Conveyor is to be used or not.
Enter the Feeder lane that is occupied by the Dump Conveyor.

C.5.3. Condition for Cycle creation
The number of components using the Shuttle Tray Feeder in one cycle can not be more
than 2(number of PADs).
C.5.4. Adding Shuttle Tray related function to ProductionT/F Cnt
In the case of Shuttle Tray Feeder, whether a component exists in the current Shuttle can
