11.1 JTF (JEDEC Tray Feeder) - General Overview
The JTF (JEDEC Tray Feeder) is an option for feeding tray package component.
Tray feeder Unit

Only at location
●
In combination with CPP M head in high position.
●
Magazine for 14 and 18 trays available
●
Connection to machine from the side
●
28 feeder slots left next to tray unit
●
An output extension conveyor will be offered with a length 600 mm
●
A special changeover table is required.
●
The tray unit can be removed easily. When removing only the tray unit and not the
changeover table the free space can be used for all non-tape feeders as LDU-X or
GlueFeeder. If the full feeder capacity shall be used for tape feeder also table and tape empty
guidance need to be exchanged.

Magazines for 18 thin JEDEC Standard Trays and 14 JEDEC Thick Trays for higher
components.
