1.6.7 Abschliessende Arbeiten
: Schalten Sie den Bestückautomaten am Hauptschalter ein.
: Stellen Sie sicher, daß durch das Anheben der Förderer-Abdeckklappe die NOT-AUS-Schleife
unterbrochen wird.
Prüfen Sie dies an allen Bestückbereichen.
: Docken Sie die BE-Wagen an den Bestückautomaten an.
: Machen Sie einen Referenzlauf.

2.2 Restrictions
For HF machines with rounded machine frame (serial number without "A" prefix) feeder cover
flaps are not available anymore. 2
The “Feeder Protection SIPLACE HF” can not be used in conjunction with the 6-nozzle revolver
head and nozzle types 820, 821, 921. When these short nozzles are used the segment touches
the protection plate before the nozzle touches the part in the pocket. 2

2.3 Parts required
Feeder cover flap location 1 / 3: 00119933-xx 2
Feeder cover flap location 2 / 4: 00119910-xx 2
The empty tape duct must be replaced on machines fitted with empty tape duct 03021990-03
or older. Empty tape duct with revision -04 or higher must be used.
The reason for this replacement is that the ducts with revision -03 and older don’t have the
threaded holes required to attach the gas-pressured lifts. The following picture provides the
best explanation. 2
