[2] Teaching Procedure Display Area
Displayed are the buttons to be used for the teaching operations.
Select head
Each head in the graphic image of the machine is provided with a button
function. When a button is pressed, the corresponding head is selected as an
object one for the teaching operation.
[Noz] Button
Using this function, the nozzle for which the teaching is preformed, is
designated.
When the [Noz] button is pressed, the input window appears.
[Noz place. pos. move] Button
When pressed, this button rotates the turret such that the specied nozzle can
be located in front of you, making it easier for you to attach or detach the
nozzle.
[Teach Start] Button
When pressed, this button executes the teaching operation.
[Save] Button
When this button is pressed, the teaching results are saved.

Teaching Procedure
Procedure
(1) Select the Head (1 or 2) for which the teaching is performed.
(2) Press the [Noz] button and select the nozzle No. (from 1 through 15) in the
[Noz] selection window.
(3) Press the [Noz place. pos. move] button to attach the master nozzle.
(4) Press the [Teach Start] button.
(5) Press the [Save] button.

This window enables the operator to input the offset data to correct the deviation
from the feeder setup position, out of the offset data items related to the
component loading operation to the tape feeder on the feeder base.

Displayed are the offset values in head up/down operation for each head.
[2] Fdr L [mm]
The offset values for each feeder are entered in this area.
When the [Clear] button is pressed, the previous values before the data entry
are returned.
[3] NozStk L [mm]
The offset values for each stocker are entered in this area.
When the [Clear] button is pressed, the previous values before the data entry
are returned.
[4] [Save] Button
When this button is pressed, the input offset values are saved.

5.3 "Shute LV" Window (Shipment/exchange)
This teaching function enables the operator to calculate the head up/down offset
in this window, by means of measuring the chute level when the head is changed,
and calculating a difference between the values before the head change and after
head change.

When pressed, the teaching for all the nozzles is performed.
[Noz] Button
Using this button, the nozzle where the teaching is to be performed is
selected.
When the [Nozzle] button is pressed, the data input window appears.
[Teach Start] Button
When the [Teach start (exchange)] button is selected, the teaching is
performed.
[Save] Button
When this button is pressed, the teaching results are saved.
