Main units (Front view)
Board conveyor
This unit transports boards in and out.
During mounting, this unit fixes a board by
sandwiching it between Y and Z directions and
keeps it at the mounting height.
Nozzle changer (option)
(CM201: Two in total / CM202: Four in total)
When the production board type is changed,
this unit changes nozzles automatically.
Line camera
(CM201: Two in total / CM202: Four in total)
This camera is used to recognize chips.
It can recognize all the chips from minute chips to
large-sized chips of different shape.

Tape feeder table

This is the table where tape feeders will be set. It
moves the feeders through the air cylinder.
Bulk feeder supporting unit
(option)
This is the unit to support bulk feeders. It has the
compressed (pressure-governed) air coupler and
electric-signal connectors to drive the bulk feeders.
