2.6 Configuring the placement head with the machine

: Set the new placement head and the cameras and nozzle changers in the machine configura-
tion wizard.
: Shut down the station computer and switch off the placement machine.

: Enter the new placement head type, the camera type and the nozzle changer configuration for

To protect the placement heads and cameras, you should always leave them in their packaging.2
: Switch the placement machine on at the main switch.
: Plug a USB stick or another suitable storage medium into the USB slot on the station computer.

: Save the machine data to the storage medium.
: Run the machine until it is empty and set down the nozzles.
: Dock the component trolleys out of the placement machine.
